I firstly thought of the name of bifido because of a pun, or two, afterward developing that, further.
Firstly (January 2017, or 2016), I thought of the "suffix" do (the Japanese word "way, path" as appearing in the names of Judo, JeetKuneDo), and (while discussing about copycat83) my prior words endorsing yogurt (probiotics) as a strategy of defense against "zeitgeistly" thieves (thought-controllers). BTW, although I knew that mainly two bacteria define the yogurt, I was not exactly remembering what bifido was but sure that it had something related to yogurt, and then by re-reading from my archive (old wikipedia page), I noticed that it isoptional (but well suggested) for yogurts, and it is probiotic, too. In other words, for most aspects (especially for bifidoAFM), when that aspect is important, both yogurt & bifido are equivalent terms, for all practical purposes so far I have thought of.
When you trim that "do" as if a suffix, then the attention comes to the puns fitting that stem portion. That could be, for example, (either or both of) bi-fidelity (like high-fidelity is hi-fi), or beefy.
bi-fidelity (making best of yourself & the situation, & similarly having strategies against your enemy's self-&-stituation) -- btw, zilqarneyn's zi(l) means having ownership or mastery, & qarneyn means "double" (or, "both"), such as both-bodily-&-spiritually, or both-in-this-world-&-the-next, that is, without having prowess for both aspects, not like a single-winged bird.
"beefy do" ("beefy" means muscles (a term I had first read in a comment/discussion to some article, as referring to "body-building"), & I extend it to mean, real or metaphor, strength of whatever reason (chi, whatever)), that is good against bugs that may try to inflict their weaknesses/jerkinesses to you, when they (try to) couple themselves to you, synchronously. For example, in walking (I had already thought of a possible "street-fighting" sysytem that resembles "street-walking" firstly because of vengeance against the jerky/awkward evil trying to mess with my walking, & then, as a personal style instead of adopting Tai Chi or so) -- & fits to any act that prefers having a standing-powerfully-on-the-feet.
Next, what was already developed, w.r.t. those second-&-third puns, became extra fittingly meaningful, when I noticed the formula, biFi (in computer programming (simulations), b[i]F[i], but on blackboard, it is written with subscripts, not square brackets). That is, a force equation (in a video of MIT OCW 2.003 Kim VanDiver lectures), and refers to body parameters, and that exactly reflected how I had been thinking. After all, there are field(s) (ergonomy, biophysics) with formulas for such weight-loads, too.
(Feb.11,2018) BifidoAFM stands for AreaFillingMethods (like how you have to "dance around" or take control, when breaking into a room full of various opponents and non-opponents, and your team may have multiple people, too), quite related to how bifido/yogurt bacteria "fight" within your gut, to disable the evil microbes.
Finally, I should mention that, as all of this is happening while the armageddon is continuing, and those disgusting bugs bugging me are presumably mostly hereticJews/sabbataists, they tried (Aug.12,2017) to heckle/derail the name of bifido, too (as is customary for all good things, throughout recent centuries, maybe millenia, such as how alcohol-prohibition in USA was abused by Jews toward increasing crimes, how marital age is postponed later & later by law, etc, etc). In this case, the disgusting types tried to disgust me with obscene heckling "because" bifido is not only in gut but also genital area defense. That is no cause for retraction but highlighting, I think, because this fight is exactly about that, too. Thought-controllers have ruined the chastity of lots of people, as I have already written a lot about it (for example, look around to see the decoupled victims). As such, this bifido, is for protection (by facilitating your annihilating those who do such thought-control assaults that aim to puppetize you, and as long as the assault continues, their jerky/pathological bodies, erectile assaults, gas-bloat assaults, urination-trigger assaults, whatever weaknesses they aim to inflict, would remain there, till you disable them forever). So, this may be thought of the "external" kind of bifido, that becomes a shelter, that finally relieves those bifido bacteria within your body from facing the spurious (totally externally imposed) effects/diseases of the antichrist gangs.
Irrelevantly, I may also mention that upon a YouTube search for the word "bifido" (that was Oct.24,2017 (or, so), months later than having thought all of the above). Then, I noticed lots of videos of a showman from Italy. I don't know what he is talking about 9nor whether he ever compared-7-contrasted himself to a bifidobacterium), but probably his content is not very related to this sort of bifido I'm thinking & talking about.
