keep rational, reasonable, do NOT try to confuse your own mind ("to confuse them"), & similarly, do not even try to "randomize"/jerk your mind (as if dodging sniper bullets, so that "they cannot follow"). Trust it that, they will be more confused that way (because that way, they cannot impose their whim (or, their most urgent needs) into your mind as questions-or-requests (through heckling-with-SLP(subliminal-perception), or with the/a synchronous evil, into your mind) to derail you (to fit their plan whenever they need it), and therefore, they also have lots of problems to solve, as you are not co-operating with them. (I presume (from experience) that they are only stupid "zeitgeistly" thieves, the antichrist gangs (cursedly stupid parasites), and therefore, all you need (& all you can) is just NOT-compromising-with-them, keep continuing to harm them, by attending to the real-life constraints & using those constraints to harm those enemies the most.)
